Field Notes
Added in patch 1.13, this cloak carries Lightning Resistance Lv 5 — the highest we have recorded on any armor piece — plus a move speed effect that scales to Lv 2 at max defense. It is the reward for finishing House Elemore's Lunar Judgment faction quest chain at Brookfield Manor, and notably it is wearable by Kliff and Oongka. As one of only four cloaks in the game, and the only one from post-launch content, it has no real competition in its slot.
