It waits in Mistshard Cave, right of the Spire of Frost in northern Demeniss; use Stab to get in. The description notes the set's ice resistance, fitting its home region. Between this and the PS5-exclusive Grotevant (10 defense), this is the piece any platform can earn, and the stronger one at that.
